The CAT 2017 exam will be held in 140 cities all over the Nation. IIM Lucknow will lead the current year’s CAT. “The registration closed last night. IIM have roughly 2.31 lakh applications,” CAT convenor Neeraj Dwivedi revealed to The Telegraph. The quantity of enrolled applicants was 2.32 lakh in 2016, 2.18 lakh in 2015, 1.95 lakh in 2014 and almost 2.41 lakh in 2010.
