CAT 2017 Mock Test
Common Admission Test, CAT 2017 is scheduled for November 26, 2017. The convener of the examination, IIM Lucknow has released CAT 2017 Mock Test.
Mock tests are considered as trial runs for the all-important actual test. Attempting mock tests similar to the real test will help in boosting the confidence level of the student. The candidate is made well aware of the test pattern and is now experienced in strategies for tackling the actual test.
How to download:
- Go to the official website
- Click on the link, ‘CAT Mock Test’
- Login your ID and password
- After submitting the same, the mock test will be appeared on the screen

CAT 2017 Admit Card
IIM Lucknow has released CAT 2017 Admit Card on the official website iimcat.ac.in. The last date to download CAT Hall Ticket is till the exam date i.e. 26th November, 2017.
CAT 2017 exam details:
The duration of the exam 180 minutes
Some questions in each section may not be of multiple choice type
Candidates will be allotted exactly 60 minutes for answering questions in each section and they cannot switch from one section to another while answering questions in a section.
Prepare for exam using CAT Sample question papers. Students can get an idea about exam pattern, type of questions given in each subject and how to manage the time.
Test centres:
CAT 2017 will be held in around 140 test cities.
Scheme of the examination:
The test will have three sections namely:
Section I: Verbal ability and reading comprehension
Section II: Data interpretation and logical reasoning
Section III: Quantitative ability
CAT counselling procedure:
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) followed by Personal Interviews (PI) round. All the selected candidates will get admission in around 20 IIM institutes established in various parts of the nation.
